The steps to follow for drawing up and sending the online order :

1. Login to the system
   1. If you are using for the first time the system of ordering online:
      • Click the button "New user"

        It will be displayed a form in which you must enter your data for registration and further used for drawing up your shipping documents. Your data are introduced one time, on the occasion of your registration, not necessary to be later introduced for any further order

      • In a very short time you will receive a e-mail message with your “username” and “password” for login to the system
      • Please return to the login window and fill the received “username” and “password”.
   2. If you are already a registered user:
      • Please fill the received “username” and “password”.
2. Choosing the product

   It can be done in two ways :

   1. By using the menu of products on the left side of the home page
      • Please select the group of products (passenger car tires, vans, trucks, tubes, etc.)
      • Please select the sub-grup of products, organized on the segment of use (summer tires, winter tires, all seasons, steering tires, drive tires,etc.)
      • Kindly choose the dimension and the tread pattern of the desired tyre from the list with the results of the search. Clicking on the desired tire dimension you access the details of the products (dimension, tread pattern, main technical features), price with VAT also a photo of the product, which might be enlarged for a better view.
   2. By using the “Search” form in the right side of the home page
      • The same steps as described at 2.1 should be followed.
3. Adding the product to the ”Shopping cart”
   • After choosing the product, click on the button “Add to the basket” and the product is added to the online order
   • In the window which opens will be displayed the “Purchasing basket”, where you can fill the quantity for the requested product ( quantity is 1)
   • After adding the product into the “Purchasing basket” click on the button “Updating the basket) for introducing the product into the online order.

   The steps 2 and 3 might be repeated for any number of products you want to introduce into your online order. Any product once introduced might be canceled/erased by checking the “Delete” checkbox followed by “Updating the basket”.

4. Sending the order
   • After finalizing the order, please click on the button ”Send the order”. Your order will be automatically directed to our web server, where it will be proccessed within the shortest time. You will be in the shortest possible time contacted by phone by one representative of our company in order to fix toghether the details concerning the delivery : date of delivery, payment conditions, delivery conditions (with our distribution vehicles or express courier).

The delivery of the products available on stock will be performed within 24-48 hours from the order confirmation.

Payment terms and conditions :

• Cheque at agreed falling date for the shipments performed through our own distribution system towards our distributors.
• Payment in advance by telegrafic banking transfer, payment by cheque or cash returned to us through the express courier who performed relevant deliveriers.
• Cash returned to us through the express courier who delivered the ordered goods for private persons.

For deliveries performed though our own system of distribution, the transport costs to the final destination is free of charge. In case of deliveries organized through the express courier services, the entire transport costs will be on our clients account.
